How do you ensure the answers are correct?

Your chatbot only replies with what you want it to say. We build a curated knowledge base from your own materials and define how the bot should sound. That means no off-brand replies and no hallucinations.

Here is how it works:

  • We analyse the customer’s message to understand the question
  • An AI model estimates a general intent behind the query
  • We search your knowledge base for the five most relevant articles
  • A reply is written based on verified content
  • The answer is then adjusted to match your brand tone and the customer’s exact question
