When a conversation is too complex to automate, a native specialist steps in. Someone with real e-commerce experience and genuine market knowledge, who handles the cases that require real judgement.
The result: faster resolutions, lower handling costs, and a customer experience that feels local - across every market you operate in. Without building your own internal team.

Meet our teams
They tap into a setup where both people and technology are in place from day one.
Our native teams are trained in their products and tone of voice. They understand how customers behave in their markets and how to handle each interaction so it feels natural and personal.
At the same time, they work on top of a setup that is already proven. Since 2010, we have built and refined our automation, workflows, and tools across more than 1,000 webshops. You are not starting from scratch. You step into something that already works. That is what makes it feel easy for your customers - and manageable for you.
Customer service solutions
Frequently asked questions
Outsourcing customer support means moving the day to day handling of customer enquiries to a setup outside your own organisation.
Instead of building this internally, you connect to a setup where teams, processes and technology are already in place. That means customer enquiries are handled based on your tone of voice, your guidelines and your way of working.
So while the operation sits outside your organisation, the experience remains aligned with how you want to meet your customers.
Not entirely. AI handles the majority of customer inquiries efficiently - order status, returns, and standard questions. But the conversations that decide whether a customer comes back still require a person.
Complex complaints, emotional situations, a purchase decision that needs a real answer. The whole setup is built on your brand.
The brands that get customer service right combine both layers, and know when to use each.
Quality comes down to how well your outsourced team is trained and how consistently that standard is maintained. Native teams should be onboarded on your products, tone of voice, and brand before going live. Performance should be monitored continuously.
When outsourcing is done properly, your customers should not be able to tell the difference between an in-house team and an external one.
Multilingual customer support requires more than translation. Each market has its own expectations around response times, communication style, and complaint handling.
The most effective approach is native-speaking specialists per market - people who understand local consumer behaviour, not just the language - supported by automation that handles volume across all channels simultaneously.

Market Entry
We help you enter European markets with a setup that converts
Entering a new market is not done in a single step. It is a series of small adjustments to your webshop, which in the end determines whether local customers trust you, understand you, and choose you.
Most companies approach expansion as a single rollout. They translate and launch. We approach it differently, by constantly monitoring and adjusting your website based on local expectations and customer feedback.

Frequently asked questions
A strategy for market entry can be approached in two ways, depending on where you are as a business.
You can start with a market entry report, where a native specialist analyses the market and gives you a clear plan covering customer behaviour, competitors, pricing, payment methods, and compliance. This is typically used to guide your own internal execution.
Or you can choose a full managed setup, where we take responsibility for the market. This includes localisation, customer service, compliance, and ongoing optimisation, so the market runs as part of your business from day one.
Both approaches are built on the same foundation and can be combined over time.
You should look at competitor positioning, pricing levels, customer expectations, and how easy it is to operate in the market. A smaller market with the right fit will often perform better than a larger one with high competition or different buying behaviour.
The cost of entering a new market depends on how you approach it.
If you build everything internally, costs include hiring local teams, setting up customer service, handling compliance, and adapting your setup. This often becomes both time-consuming and expensive.
A managed setup is typically more predictable. Many companies can enter a new market at a cost comparable to one full-time employee, while gaining a full local operation instead.
The key is not just the cost of entering, but the cost of getting it wrong.
Scaling to multiple markets works best when your initial setup is built to be adapted.
Once you understand what drives performance in one market, you can apply the same structure to others, adjusting for local differences such as pricing, payment methods, and customer expectations.
The challenge is not entering the next market, but doing it without adding complexity. A consistent setup, supported by local specialists and ongoing insights, makes it possible to expand faster without losing control.

More content, more markets, same quality
Growing across markets means producing more content. More languages, more product pages, more campaigns, all without letting quality slip in the process.
Our setup is built on a solid tech foundation. AI handles the volume - consistently and cost-effectively, at a pace that keeps up with how international e-commerce businesses produce content.
On top of that, native specialists review the content. Not everywhere - but with our approach you can apply human judgement where it has the most impact on performance: category pages, checkout flows and key messages.

"Rapid translation was crucial during the agile period of the companies' merger, serving as a key support and time saver. It allowed us to swiftly introduce products to the Swedish market while maintaining our tone of voice."
— Alina Oleshchenko, Head of Business Development and PMI at BabySam
Babysam
How do you translate 2,000 products accurately - and in time for a deadline?
When BabySam needed to translate their entire product catalogue during a merger, they had days, not weeks, and traditional agencies could not meet the timeline. Using a custom LLM trained on their product terminology, with native specialist review on top, we delivered 1,037 accurate, market-ready product translations in four days.
AI translations
How it works
A translation setup tested across 21 European markets.
Two models. Both AI. One standard, one yours.
You decide where to apply depth and where to move fast.
Train your own model:
We build and train a custom LLM on your brand, terminology, and tone of voice. The more you submit, the more accurate it becomes. Available as a monthly subscription, it is the most tailored option we offer - built entirely around your business, not e-commerce in general.
- Resolves 50-70% of queries automatically
- Live order & shipping status updates
- Processes returns and cancellations
- 24/7 availability, sub-60s response
Prefer to start without a subscription?
You can submit files directly and have them translated through our e-commerce trained LLM. The model is built on e-commerce content, so the quality is strong - just not customised to your specific brand. A cost-effective option if you need reliable translations without the setup.
We recommend the custom model for businesses that translate regularly. But both are solid solutions if you are looking for something faster and more cost-effective than traditional translation.

Frequently asked questions
This means your translations become more consistent over time and are more efficient as your volume grows.
Training a custom AI model (Large Language Model - LLM) involves several essential steps. First, our native specialists, who specialise in the field, gather all the brand-specific information we need from you to train the model properly. Afterwards, training of the model takes 1-2 weeks depending on how much data we already have. Once the model has been trained, we run several tests and depending on the outcome, we might need to tweak and re-prompt for accuracy. Once the translations are at the level we expect, we can start translating all your files.
We speak 21 languages across our four offices. We have our own native translators employed from countries that speak these languages, and do thorough screening and training of all translators continuously.
The languages we speak are: English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Polish, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Croatian, Slovakian, Czech, Romanian, and Ukrainian.
Missing a language? Feel free to reach out anyway - we have partners all over the world who can help.
Managing translations across multiple markets requires a setup that balances speed, consistency, and local adaptation.
The most effective approach combines AI for handling large volumes of content with native specialists who review and adapt the output for each market. This allows you to translate continuously as your business grows, without losing control over quality and brand voice. All this ensures a high level of trust on your website across markets.
Not sure which content needs a human touch? Book a 30-minute call with one of our translation specialists.
We will help you understand where AI can handle the volume, where native review makes the difference, and what a setup for your specific markets would look like.
Localisation
E-commerce localisation and site optimisation
Most businesses expanding internationally think they have localisation covered - a translation here, a currency switch there.
Our experience across 1,000+ webshops tells a different story. It is the small, market-specific adjustments that determine whether customers trust you enough to buy - and whether they come back.
That knowledge lives with our native specialists. Instead of hiring locally in every market, you tap into a team that already knows what works - and what quietly kills conversion - in each of the markets you operate in

Our audits cover trust signals, payment and delivery expectations, checkout friction, legal compliance, cultural nuances, and competitor benchmarking - all from the perspective of a native consumer in that market. You receive a prioritised action plan with our recommendations.
What works in one market can fall short in another - especially when compared to local competitors. Your product selection, pricing, delivery terms, and return policies must not only meet expectations but also match what customers already know and trust.
A native e-commerce manager helps you adjust your setup to stay competitive – aligning your offer with local standards and making sure it holds up where it matters most: in the eyes of the customer.
A website audit focuses on the internal experience of your webshop and identifies the issues that make it feel less local.
A Market Entry Report is different because it is for markets where you are not active yet. It prepares you for entry by reviewing behaviour, competitors and local expectations before you launch.
- Choose a Site Check if you are entering a new market and want to be sure your webshop is ready before you invest in marketing. It is also the right choice if you are already active but struggling with low conversion and need to understand why your website is not performing.
- Choose a Site Review if you want a lighter health check. It gives you a picture of how customers experience your webshop today and highlights the most important areas to improve.
