How is a custom AI model trained?

Training a custom AI model (Large Language Model - LLM) involves several essential steps. First, our native specialists, who specialise in the field, gather all the brand-specific information we need from you to train the model properly. Afterwards, training of the model takes 1-2 weeks depending on how much data we already have. Once the model has been trained, we run several tests and depending on the outcome, we might need to tweak and re-prompt for accuracy. Once the translations are at the level we expect, we can start translating all your files.

We speak 21 languages across our four offices. We have our own native translators employed from countries that speak these languages, and do thorough screening and training of all translators continuously.
