Find the gaps in your customer service setup

Our Customer Service Review gives you a report that covers your full setup across markets. You get a full report with all the insights gathered one place: channels, tools, automation and how you handle things across your customer journey.

So instead of "we should probably do something about this," you can say "we can see here that we need to address this - because.".

You just need to answer a few questions and you will get a data-driven report back - built on what we have seen working with e-commerce brands since 2010.

Fill in the form to the right and we will take it from there.

We will then set up a free, no-obligation walkthrough with one of our specialists to look at all the insights with you →

Let our specialists take a look at your customer service setup.

Answer a few questions and a specialist will tell you exactly where your growth potential is.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Customer Service Review? Our Customer Service Review is a structured assessment of your current customer service setup and your customer journey - covering channels, tools, automation, and customer contacts across markets.

Our Customer Service Review generates a data-driven report built on patterns we see in our own data. The purpose of the report is to get the very first learnings on how to expand or scale your customer support.
How do you test a new market before committing?

Before entering a new market, you should take a look a your current setup: how is your payment methods? Who is your local carriers? Does the return process meets local expectations?

A structured review of your current setup helps you identify the gaps before you invest - you can also download our guide "Get started to International e-commerce"  to get more insights on how to succeed on new markets.

Where can AI support your customer service team? We like to talk about the 30% and the 70% of automations and AI in customer support. AI can be used for many things, but is exceptionally good at handling what is predictable and repeatable - order status, return policies and tracking.

The points in your customer journey that follow a clear pattern and can be resolved fast. What AI does not handle well is the conversation where something has gone wrong. That remaining 30% - complaints, pre-purchase questions, cross-border issues - is where a human still makes the difference.
How do I build a better self-service help centre?

Start with analyzing your customer contacts. Find the questions that come up most often, the questions that are repetitive. The goal is not to answer more questions. It is to make fewer questions necessary.

Look at where customers get stuck in their journey - the points where they drop off or leave without buying. Most of those moments are predictable. Fix the small friction before customers notice it, and you reduce contact volume while improving the experience.

What makes this work is a help centre built on your data. One that answers the questions your customers actually ask.
